Estate & Trust Notarization
Estate and Trust Notarizations, whether it's a newly formed Trust, or an addendum, I can assist you. Common forms requiring notarization, are Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Quit Claim Deeds, and Certification of Trust.
Courier Service & Shipping
I can provide courier and shipping services. I can bring your document to a local client, and manage the logistics of returning the document to you via your preferred shipping method.
Certified Signing Agent
Certified through the National Notary Association. I can assist with real estate document signings, and also provide the necessary notarizations. This includes home purchases, selling, refinancing, reverse mortgage, and home equity accounts.
Document Printing
Document printing is available. Single document, or loan package, I can print them all.
